About me

My story

I’m from “Budweis” — yes, that city where Budweiser beer originally comes from. Since childhood, I was taught one principle: “Either do things properly, or not at all.” That mindset stuck. It’s probably why I became a detail-obsessed perfectionist who never lets go of a challenge. That same determination has taken me to every corner of the globe to help businesses that were in trouble.

Over the past decade, I have primarily worked as an interim manager. Think of that as a crisis firefighter — sometimes literally. A company in crisis, supply chains broken, six-month project delays, or even a production plant burned to the ground. That’s when I step in. Extinguishing that kind of fire is a challenging task. You turn chaos into order. The results are fast, and out of the crisis, a capable team emerges — ready to breathe and grow again.

My Role Today

Today, I’m a bulldozer-consultant and a strategic partner for business leaders and owners. With the same obsession for detail, I help dig and build solid foundations in supply chain, logistics, and procurement.

I guide companies to think and plan, and I show how to align technology, processes, and teams to work not just today, but five years down the line.

I teach senior executives and team members how to look beyond the horizon and think strategically. So ideally, firefighters like me won’t be needed.

Why do I do this?

Because I believe the best crisis is the one that never happens.
Seeing a business grow, not just in numbers, but in people, is my greatest reward.
I enjoy being a guide and motivator for owners, managers, and employees as they regain control over their own story.

Whether it’s a large corporation or a mid-sized family business, my goal is simple:

  • To help you find stability in a world full of change and uncertainty.
  • Because with strong foundations, you can grow.

And because your success is my success.
Whether it’s about your cost savings, stability, or your peace of mind.

My Guiding Principles

Determination to reach the goal

Starting with the will to succeed is half the battle. Better to begin without full clarity than not to act at all.

Solutions over excuses

Train your mind to look for paths forward. Not just explanations for why something won’t work.

Draw from experience

When I’ve walked a similar path, I know what might work and I’ve got backup options in my pocket.

Every problem is unique

Templates rarely solve real issues. Even a dead end offers learning.

Eyes open

Think in detail and systems—ideally, both at once.

Prioritize the key points

You don’t always need to overhaul the system. Just find the key levers that shift the rest.

Right order of steps

Knowing what to tackle first prevents chaotic multitasking.

Start with strong foundations

You don’t build a house from the roof down. The base comes first.

Thorough analysis and context

Understanding the full picture is the only road to a real solution.

“Slice the elephant”

Big goals need to be broken into smaller, manageable steps. Each has a clear owner and purpose.

Plan the journey, then break it down

Good plans maintain clarity and structure. 80% of success comes from planning.

Team energy is key

The energy of your team drives progress. It needs to be nurtured and managed.

Validate input and listen

Always double-check what you hear. It may be incomplete or conflicting. Listen especially to quiet voices.

Decide with data and facts

Good decisions are grounded in real data and solid math.

Celebrate small wins

Don’t rush past success. Acknowledge it before setting the next target.

Grow people, expand horizons

It’s fulfilling to see team members grow and gain new perspectives.

Promote learning

Encourage continuous education, not just to remember facts, but to think critically.

Support initiative

I want people to bring not just problems, but also ideas for solutions.

Value diverse team roles

Every team has creators, finishers, and organizers. Success lies in knowing how to use each strength.

Leadership accountability

A good manager understands what motivates their team members and what helps them grow.

Most often, I work with

  • Plant managers, owners of mid-sized and large businesses
  • Business owners who want stability, growth, and control
  • Decision-makers in automotive or other manufacturing companies
  • Teams needing to build skills and handle change with confidence
